Non to share besides standard health benefits.
Cons
Toxic leadership, especially post-PE acquisition. AE Management is horrendous across the board, specifically within the SMB space. Sinking ship where product development and customer service are almost non-existent within the Org, which is hilariously ironic/NOT ICONIC for a "CX forward" company as they'd like to present themselves. I feel terrible for those companies that currently work with or intend to implement Zendesk. For those in consideration as an Employee or potential prospects. My advice is RUN.
