Pros

I joined this organization in month of March 8th and they ask me to leave the organization in June 13th reason for ask to leave is i got fracture in my left leg and got plaster for 1 month because i'm on leave from 13th of May so they ask to leave the organization without any notice without giving me any option. They force to do 14-15 Hours shift in a day in same salary i.e 20K which is less than a security guard and even guard is also doing 12 hours shift but they force to do 14-15 hours shift and No management. Management is always in attitude I don't know why but yes they have next level attitude and they shout on their employees sometime without any reason. They just need fresher and 10-12 k employee who are do that kind of work for their experience.

Cons

Zostel is best organization but Delhi property is a Lala Type origination. They don't have time management they don't have supervisory.

Pros

Strong brand name in the backpacker hostel segment. Good exposure to real hospitality operations and guest handling. Opportunity to manage property-level responsibilities independently. Useful experience for learning practical hotel and hostel management.

Cons

Salary is sometimes delayed and not always consistent. Property managers often have responsibility but limited authority, as many approvals depend on franchise management. Maintenance and infrastructure issues are not always resolved quickly. Staff shortage can lead to extremely long shifts, sometimes extending beyond normal working hours. In some cases managers may end up handling operations for very extended periods when no additional staff is available. Managers are often required to stay on property most of the time, which affects work-life balance. Lack of official staff ID cards or documentation can create difficulties during police or local authority verification. Operational standards can vary depending on the involvement of the franchise owner.
