      good work life balance is okay

      Cons

      manager has the right to decide your promotion, what you are going to work on and everything. If you don't have a good relationship with your manager, you won't have any good opportunities.

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
