      Pros

      You get to work with some of the smartest people in the Valley regardless of the discipline. There's also a strong chance that you'll become a big fan of the product you are working on as well.

      Cons

      i think the biggest problem at Zynga is the number of pivots a product might go through and those decisions coming from the execs.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
