This experience truly highlighted how Zynga has set a high bar for me. Another highly commendable aspect of Zynga is the accessibility of its leadership team. From the Director of HR to the Country Head, their readiness to engage with employees, regardless of designation, through platforms like Slack, demonstrates a strong commitment to open communication and employee support. I wish Zynga continued success in earning "Great Place to Work" accolades.

We've recently seen some talent leave for competitors offering higher salaries. I believe it's important for Zynga to seriously examine this trend. Addressing our compensation strategy could be key to retaining our valuable employees and maintaining our competitive edge.
