      Pros

      Great environment for exposure to customer service. Some opportunities to advance within the store. Employees handle various tasks, including cleaning,stocking, cashiering, processing shipments, etc.

      Cons

      My direct manager (not the store manager) severely lacked some management skills (e.x. racial attitudes towards customers, favoritism and too "buddy buddy" with certain employees)

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
