Lot of Pros: 1) No late night shifts or weekend work culture. 2) You get to travel to Europe. 3) Salary and Benefits are one of the best in the Industry. 4) Very transparent culture. 5) No hardcore shift timings and no fixed dress codes, you can wear whatever you want and sit wherever you want in office space. 6) Personal well being of employees is top priority of company. 7) Got to play lot of sports
Cons
No much cons, but to list: 1) Need better office infrastructure (company already is working upon) 2) Variable pay was missed for 2023, it was only paid 25% but it has happened twice in whole history of 75 years of company
