1. They hire the peoples at very lower package (2.25 to 2.75 lakh per annum for freshers) as compare to the kind of work they take from that guy. If they are offering you more than this, then sorry friend you are getting fooled. I am not raising any objection; most of recruitment firms do this. But they value your education and your degrees. 2. You will never ever get any appreciation for your hard work, determination, intelligence, knowledge and time. 3. There is nothing to say about work life balance thing. 4. They don't give leaves so easily. They make you feel cry, even you begged so hardly they doesn't care. 5. People generally having more than 1 year of experience, they don't stay here. (One more thing I want to mention here is that this is not my individual opinion or i had some bad experience or grudge with this organization. This is collective and 100% tested and verified data, which i heard and experienced in last 4-5 years. I am sharing the experiences of the persons who worked for this organization and directly or indirectly reached to me.) 6. There is no learning at all. Someone quoted, as an intern you get good learning opportunity. This is 100% bokass. 7. They believe in this theory so thoroughly that they break every labor law. They fire people without any prior notice. They fire or hire people so fastly, that it looks so weird to see how wonderfully can take benefit of educated unemployed man power of India. 8. Other imp point, when someone put his paper and give resignation, they simply extend the notice period from 2 months to 3 months, even though their offer letter clearly states that your notice period will be 3 months and last day some senior will ask you the reason of you leaving and if they come to know that you are joining somewhere else at some package, they try to offer you more package and position (only when if you are imp assets for the company). If somehow they would be able to make you stay then they commit to give you the position and salary and After 30-45 days (before getting any paying slip) they simply says with smile that you can put your paper and go :). So that you request in front of them for another chance, as they know that you don’t have any offer left in hand and you would probably continue with the earlier package. 9. The major fraud they do with employees is they deduct tax from employee salary and don’t provide form-16. And later on if you check on Income tax website for your tax paid on your PAN no, the tax amount is zero means they have deducted the amount in name of tax but has not paid. Let me tell you guys, providing form-16 to employee is company's own responsibility. 10. They claim to pay you Full-N-Final Settlement within 45 days from relieving date but you don’t get it at all. They just don’t pay you salary for the duration of notice period, they usurp it. You can call them max time and remind them, sometime they doesn’t pick your phone, drop your phone. 11. If you are lucky and somehow able to left the company and join somewhere else, they won’t make your background check verified. So make sure you have all the documents, pay slips, offer letters ,increment letters etc. before relieving. This organization doesn't have any moral, ethical or professional values. They only have a vision of getting their work out of the people and play with the career and the life of their employees.
