Pros
- Low hierarchy. If you have a well-founded opinion, you get to actually change things.
- Good mentality towards R&D. If you have downtime between projects, you're free to pick up an R&D project and start tinkering with it. I've so far suggested 2 R&D projects that I could work on and was allowed to dedicated a good chunk of time both times.
- Very positive company culture
- Lots of social events. In the time I've been here, we've had a grand total of 14 social events, ranging from board game night to cinema night to pub crawls to LAN parties.
- Located nicely in terms of public transportation
- Food is usually ranging around 7/10-9/10 in terms of my personal rating
- All sizes of projects. Whether you prefer small projects, big ones or from time to time even consulting at other companies, they've managed to secure that you can do that.
- Company trips to conferences, both in other countries and within Denmark is usually bi-annually, if not more often.
Cons
- Benefits package is fine, but can be sub-par compared to other tech places.
- Can be unorganized, seeing as the company has a very loose structure. Does not bother me personally, but could bother other people.
