We are of course sad to hear this is your experience working with us and will of course work on getting better at the micro management part. I am sad that you have not brought that up while you were with us.
We are also sad to hear that you have experienced overnights, headaches etc. - I expect you are thinking about long evenings at work? If this is the case we are of course sad, that his has been your experience, as I am not aware of any employee here who have worked late at any point during the past couple of years, except myself as part of management. I am not aware of any employees having been forced to work late or even extra hours at any point during the past couple of years. If this is the case I would like to hear more, as I have tried to be open and engage with colleagues about what I could do differently.
I am of course sorry to read about your experience here and would love to hear your feedback. I wish you all the best wherever you are today and where you are going.
