You are constantly improving your skills and the managers are really nice and always ready to help. They do want to see you succeed, and learn. Nigel Green spends a lot of time in Malta, is very hands-on and a great motivator. Being around him gives you a better idea of his goals for the company, and his energy is definitely infectious!
