Pros
The people you meet within DeVere are great and very driven, and motivate you to work hard.
Cons
The salary is poor, and they catch you out with a retainer on commission that usually takes months to get out of. Additionally, they do not inform you that retainer wipes in January. They expect you to pay for leads/data out of your own pocket and expect to work 12/14 hour days .
