Pros
I worked in a team of motivated and nice people with reasonable management and good opportunity to grow within the company.
Cons
The team I was assigned to was in the Operations within a telecom project.The job was not so challenging as I hoped. Working hours were quite unfair, expecting you to do extra hours every day. That sounded like a good excuse to under staff the team.
