Pros
I am currently an employee here at gpac. I have done hair the majority of my career, worked as a sales associate and done some other customer service jobs. Nothing like pushing sales or anything like that. Keeping a job was difficult for me having 3 kids and being the main caregiver for them. This job allowed me to have flexibility for my kid's schedules and they understood when my kids were sick. Working from home allows me to still work when they are ill and have to stay home from school. I will say that when I first started working here, I was not sure I was going to cut it in this industry. I kept seeing these high billers names up on the leadership boards and how successful everyone else was and I wasn't getting the same results. Finally after figuring out my industry I work and the formula my desk has completely changed. If you actually put your head down and try - you can do amazing things with this company and the possibilities are endless with the amount of tools we are given here. I didn't even know I was capable of bringing in the type of income I have now. I have finally found my forever job and I can't wait to see where I end up with this. I am now currently in the top 50 of the company landing at number 17 on the boards and I will say that I have changed tax brackets and will no longer ever have to worry about finances again. If I can do this job, anyone can. I will say, it is tough and you actually have to work. Yes, it is remote and somewhat flexible however you have to put time and effort into it. However - the amount of support you get here from your directors and colleagues is unlike anything I've ever seen or experienced before and I am so absolutely grateful I found this job.
