no cons, I love it here!
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Work from home, paid training, competitive base salary
Cons
All about the bottom line. You will feel like a number. It’s all about one more call one more email by any means necessary. They will tell you no time off will be approved unless you are hitting your marks. For example power outage due to ice storm. Was told “there’s internet everywhere go to a Starbucks”. You realize early they don’t care who is in the seat.

Pros
Earning potential is great. Some of the people are super nice, but on the other hand some of the people are terrible. Work from home. Create your own business. If you have tons of disposable income laying around and you want a chance to make good money this could be a good fit. Tread lightly though.
Cons
They have two training classes a month (my class had over 50 people), after 3 months my training class was down to less than 8 people. They bring in tons of people to lay some groundwork for their hirer level recruiters expecting 75% of each training class to fail. It is entirely commission base but they do pay you a draw. So every bit of the base wage you receive will need to be paid back. They pay you like $10 an hour until you make your first deal at which point they pocket 70% + of the commision. They say it takes about 10 weeks to make a deal but I see people go 6-12 months with nothing. And they just expect people to live off $10 and hour??? After all their fees you bring in maybe $1200 a month.

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
excellent onboarding and training. lots of opportunity for success. nice and supportive co-workers.
Cons
lots of training material to cover in 4 weeks. not a good fit for individuals that require constant supervision.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Absolutely no pros to speak of!
Cons
Abusive training Stupid low pay You are basically an unpaid BDR There’s a reason they have to pay people to lie here Don’t do it

Pros
They provide lots of training
Cons
very new employee + wanted to read reviews
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Might as well run your own business without someone taking half your money
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
flexible schedule if you are succeeding.
Cons
boys club environment, does not strive to bring in diversity the business model as a whole same coaching provided over and over again from leadership that doesn't equate to much except to make as many calls a day as you can for "urgent inventory" cold calling to build your own business, sales-y approach and pushy script This is a sales position, not a recruiting role company asks employee's write a positive glassdoor review during onboarding process.
