- Favoritism; any positive reviews online are either pumped in from gpac management or from the favorites who rule the roost
- No money. They preach opportunity yet don't even pay you a base salary. Instead its a draw you have to pay back. So literally you're in debt to them from day 1.
- No actual management or business experience from 'Managers'
- They convince you you'll have flexibility yet you get scolded and yelled at if you're not participating in after hours work and group chats.
- Their training program is terrible and it is clear they hire in droves with the hope that something sticks. Since they don't pay anyone, I guess they don't lose much.
- Simply a toxic environment and they lie just to get you in the door to try to get at least a few months work out of you.
