      I was given a layoff despite receiving a lower salary and no job security. After that, I joined a new organization, where I was promoted to Team Lead within just six months. At iLink, I never received real opportunities—only more workload without any appreciation or participation or growth. The environment was highly political.

      Work involves modern tech stack.

      Cons

      Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
