      o9 is the fastest growing Advanced Planning System. Trusted by Global companies for transforming their E2E Supply Chain. Been in a Magic Quadrant in Gartner. Good learning opportunities. o9 experience is being valued by other APS as well. Great exit opportunities in Big 4, other APS providers, client COE.

      Cons

      Sometimes work-life balance is difficult. Primarily dependent on Client, geography, phase of a project.

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
