      Pros

      Nothing much really. I can say they offer competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Extremely long working hours. Most of our clients were in the US and the hours were horrible. There are very limited trainings for employees across all regions. Every day is working with one problem and another. Proprietary software, language, and not a good offering to customer. Managers don't care. Very bad pay increases. No career path and growth. Save yourself. Work in a better place where you can grow. I'm glad I left in 2023 and I continue to hear horror stories there.

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
