Our pay-out metrics have been designed after extensive market research and are in line with industry standards. In fact, with our rewarding salary payout system, Crimsonites can get paid twice a month! Apart from monthly salary, there is a regular flow of finances through annual bonus, performance incentives, and appraisals. You will be glad to know that, unlike many other companies, we ensured timely bonuses and appraisals during the current pandemic as well. However, if you would like to discuss this further, please contact our HR team. At Crimson, we believe in orderly planning of work to avoid any inconvenience or stress. There are weekly and daily scrums to understand individual workloads, leave plans and business priorities which would ensure all our requirements are met. However, being a growing organization, sometimes unexpected tasks do pop-up which need to be addressed immediately. In such rare situations, we expect the support of our people to ensure smooth functioning of our business and client satisfaction. Having said that, we try to keep such instances at the minimum. Also, please be assured that we understand the importance of planning and all our new processes are designed after thorough brainstorming with the concerned teams. Thereafter, implementation is done in planned phases. However, even after strategic implementation, unplanned need for troubleshooting might arise, but that is an integral part of introducing something new!
