Relatively easy for what it is. Decent pay. Off shifts have zero supervision.
Cons
In a word, this company is in trouble. It's sinking fast. Too many chiefs, far too few indians. Nobody wants to stay here and the company makes no attempt to retain them. Orders are so backed up we've been on mandatory overtime for years, and it's only getting worse. Instead of working every Saturday, we're forced to also work 10-12 hours during the week. Yes the pay is good, but what good is money if I can't spend it? Machines are in states of disrepair, the building is falling apart, and there is a general sense of malcontent here. No amount of tasteless free food will fix that.
