Nothing in company is sorted. The company itself is whole mess. Even after all most 5 years of starting off company seems like a month old startup. Induction training is just name sake. No relevant topics, unnecessary mocks and bad attitude from trainer. Someone with 3 years experience teaches others with 15 years exp. Once you go live they keep assigning 2 new users per day even when you are on leave. Company want coaches to follow all TAT but themselves don't follow any rules. Even if many new users are pending to be activated they keep giving you new users. Company just cares about referral and retention. No critical cases nothing else discussed in team meetings other then sales. Feels like sales job. No work life balance there are continuous calls scheduled. No time to eat also. Too much manual work. Dashboard is just so basic. Management expect us to work more accurately than robots. To be honest not even single thing or process is good here. Best be jobless then join here. Management is never open to good suggestions. No use of promotion as again you will have to work like sales head. Company is pathetic
