Benefits come in many forms: insurance, 401k, paid time-off, etc. Enta has all of that, and allows employee a flexible schedule to handle some of life's curve balls like family emergencies, doctors appointments, etc. This is a family friendly environment: as long as you are getting your work done, and respect deadlines, then the team respects your need when things arise personally. Many team members have relationships beyond the office. Most people here enjoy the work they do, and find the interaction with other employees very friendly. The developers like working on newer technologies and solving design issues. This is not a place for someone who wants a corporate structure. This environment is better for those who can manage themselves with little direction, and those who have strong drive to do a job well. Think Type A.
