Pros

it was a satisfying community with flexibility in working from home for 1 or 2 days a week.

Cons

1- Bad tasks and time management so all developers feel stressed most of the month. 2- Small team in each department

Pros

You will explore a lot of technologies there and you can switch between them easily.

Cons

- The switching rate between technologies was very high .. you can't be specified to one or two technologies or even one or 2 tracks. - You could work there on more than one track and the management expects proficiency from you in all of them ... I'm not tech lead here .. just a fresh grad. - You'll be punished for crossing the deadlines without being guided on how to estimate in the first place and without making sure that you know all the problem and the project you works on. - You'll be all alone in planning, working, and solving the problems you face per project .. and the management finds that it's her right to determine from whom exactly you should ask for help for ridiculous reasons. - The worst cons here are the working hours .. from their point o view you should work until the project runs smoothly ( there is no overtime they offer for you ) just work as the project now needs you to work .. 2 and 3 hours after work or even more in the holidays without appreciation if the work didn't do the need and without financial appreciation in all cases. - You will be underpaid .. all the time. - Not enough team members for the needed work. - Worst code I have ever met in my career without the intention to refactor or develop in it.
