grossly underpaid, understaffed and overworked. being a web developer for this company is an afterthought. absolute trash benefits that if you get sick or develop autoimmune diseases from doing this job, youll get into medical debt trying to recover from that. good luck paying that off with the salary they dive you that's not standard to the industry average. but theyll take care of every departmen. just not yours.... and then burn you out. theyll porobably replace this department with ai or outsource one day. no growth either. if you join the web development department, i guarantee youll be in the only team that doesnt have a work life balance compared to the other departments. they will slave you dry
