- People has no respect working here.
- Managers are very young and inexperienced, they don't know how to handle and deal with people. Every timelines, tasks are given non scientific. There was no need to promote to managers, instead could have hired one proper experienced people.
- Tech Team, there is a high level of politics. You have to beg to get good works, otherwise you will end up with small works which are not good. You have a play lot of politics to gain this chance otherwise you have to suffer.
- Very threat to job security, because clients are losing not sure what will be the future of Evive.
- No coordination between each team, each team will fight with their ego, because of this no proper culture established.
- Managers won't give respect to other team members thinking they are the greatest people ever.
- HR team is not at all interested in their work, nobody is there to listen your voice. Even it's difficult to share your experience with them due to trust issue.
- No life balance, hectic pressure and again no recognization for that.
- Max people involved in blaming games instead of fruitful discussion.
