Pros

Note to readers: if you listen to 20 opinions, then the most frequent opinion is most likely to be true. Do not trust any individual opinion, including ones that share names. If you watch KBC, audience poll is almost always right even if most of the audience don't know the answer. Pros: 1) Work life balance for selected teams. 2) Free breakfast and lunch. Fancy rooftop eatery. 3) Reimbursement on book purchases. 4) Scope for research (but extremely limited to the point that it doesn't exist). 5) Enormous amount of money if you stick around. 6) Location - Koramangala is awesome. 7) Good company to work for <=2 years.

Cons

1) When I quit, the company had 4.9/5 (around 20 reviews) on Glassdoor. Most of the reviews were curated. With the current score at 3.9 you can understand what's the latest trend - tremendous downfall. 2) Teams other than DS and BA have 24/7 working hours. Calls can come from anyone at any time of the day and week. 3) Teams are isolated. There is no real coordination. Each team wants to dominate the other. 4) Code reviews are only meant to harass the coder. 5) Business analysts have at least 50% pay advantage and early promotion advantage over others because they are limited in number. BAs are dumber than a second coat of paint. 6) Politics is not just about top people dominating each other. It's also about top people dominating most good developers and rewarding few unworthy developers and analysts. Based on #5, it is essential to acknowledge that only minimum politics exists. But it is very unhealthy because of the employee count. 7) Initial few days will be awesome as everyone tries to be upfront. After some time it becomes impossible to work with anyone in the company as they start showing their true colors. 8) People with 1-2 years experience get promoted to 'Manager'. It is impossible to get same designation outside after resignation. Even the most experienced developer will be recruited as a senior software engineer.

Pros

- Good Foods, no complaint - Good Tech Stack

Cons

- People has no respect working here. - Managers are very young and inexperienced, they don't know how to handle and deal with people. Every timelines, tasks are given non scientific. There was no need to promote to managers, instead could have hired one proper experienced people. - Tech Team, there is a high level of politics. You have to beg to get good works, otherwise you will end up with small works which are not good. You have a play lot of politics to gain this chance otherwise you have to suffer. - Very threat to job security, because clients are losing not sure what will be the future of Evive. - No coordination between each team, each team will fight with their ego, because of this no proper culture established. - Managers won't give respect to other team members thinking they are the greatest people ever. - HR team is not at all interested in their work, nobody is there to listen your voice. Even it's difficult to share your experience with them due to trust issue. - No life balance, hectic pressure and again no recognization for that. - Max people involved in blaming games instead of fruitful discussion.

Pros

co-workers, food, location, little bit of learning.

Cons

There are two CTC. One they show during the hiring process and second what they actually give. All the good comments on Glassdoor are written by us only. Why??? Obviously forcefully :). Forgive me I was newly born baby at that time. Height of politics is more than height of Eiffel tower. We don't want to interact with our manager and really this is worst feeling that an employee can have. And please don't trust my words. Come and check it by yourself.
