Always work from home, but that's not a pro, nothing flexible, you have to work ask the time.

Cons

Deadly work load, no increments for 2 years plus, worst and micro management. It's all about the work they care about and nothing else about the employees. Not much leaves, No medical insurance, but the company cheats by saying yes.
