Pros

Good place to learn with strong learning opportunities and exposure to modern technologies.

Cons

Doesn’t really matter whether there’s an actual need or not, they tend to adopt every latest Microsoft technology into their work. The salary is usually on the lower side. There is a 9-month probation period, followed by around a year of work before any significant increment can be expected. The CTO is also quite difficult to work with. He can say one thing one day and completely contradict it the next. He gets offended pretty easily when challenged, and at times says directly hurtful things to employees. So in general, it’s better to avoid any arguments with him. There’s also quite a bit of office politics involved. Pure talent alone won’t necessarily help you grow there. They tend to favor people who stay on their good side or people who constantly create attention about themselves. If you’re not comfortable with either of those, it may not be a suitable workplace for you in the long run. None of the projects developed by their internal team has seen the light of production. They are forever stuck in development hell. Requirements change, people come and go, but not a single one has ever made it to production. I have noticed instances where employees were encouraged to leave positive reviews on glassdoor, so take the positive reviews in here with a grain of salt

Pros

My internship experience at Expernetic has been truly rewarding. From the very beginning, the interview process was smooth and professional, making me feel comfortable and motivated. During my time here, I received excellent guidance and mentorship, which helped me build both technical and professional skills. Expernetic is definitely one of the best places for growth, as it provides a supportive environment, opportunities to learn, and the right guidance to achieve career goals. I am grateful for this experience and the chance to be part of such a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace.

Cons

I honestly found no major cons during my time here.
