They are so over-staffed they do not care if you show up for work.

Cons

Possibly the least caring and least cohesive company out there. Men are addressed as. "Yo Dawg" and girls as, "Momma" Also there are so many tattoos on everyone, I thought I was in a prison movie.

They give you 12.50 during training

Cons

They are outbound calls who have no product knowledge a robot calls them qualifies them than if they qualify you can speak to the customer. They presented the job very differently and said it was inbound sales with basically warm leads these leads are very cold.
