      - Fully remote - Great team of coworkers -Strong leadership -Opportunities for travel -Variety of clients in multiple industry verticals

      Cons

      -Clients' expectations (not a negative against Exults) -Being fully remote makes it a little difficult for team building but Exults has company retreats to combat that

      Pros

      Never bored, always something to do with a steady stream of clients coming in. They will try to teach you what you need to know. Health benefits are good.

      Cons

      While there are a lot of clients, they really need to hire more employees to grow the company. Lots of inner cliques even with the small office which can add a weird tension in the air. They would also ask what you would like to do in the company, but then tell you that wasn’t possible (then not understand why you would leave to fulfill that want).
