1) Work culture is great. Team members in the organization are respectful and helpful 2) Employee-centric organization 3) Good career opportunities to grow. 4) Flat hierarchy. Even CEO is approachable 5) Hardwork gets recognized with good rewards and bonus 6) The best part for me is that they allow Work from Home

Pros

Amazing work life balance. I have never received a single call on weekend asking to do something. People respect and trust you. I am not based out of London and work remotely out of India even then everyone believes what we do here remotely and put faith in us. Always helpful team and ready to work on the go. I was invited to visit London as every remote person can visit London every 3 months and everyone was so friendly that I could not make the difference between London office and remotely working team members.

Cons

I dont think so I can get a better job than this. No cons.
