Transport and food facility. That is it About FIL: FIL (for UK) and FMR (for US) are the two branches of Fidelity. FIL is lead by Indian management completely
Cons
No job security, you can be kicked out anytime. No proper trainings for the new joinees. They have a very complex system and all the projects are mostly linked with each other. There is no or minimal documentation and project runs on the basis of the information retained by the existing employees. Expectations from the new employees is too high with minimum guidance and support from the existing employees. No onsite opportunity
