      They have no ethical values. They will always try to go behind a customer’s back to try and get deals. No bonus structure. Stay as far away from this company as possible

      You'll be forced to adopt to a insanely toxic culture of blaming others. Run as a one man show by a man that does not share any European values.

      Exaggrated salary however, they will always cut your payment by various excuses ileagally

      Cons

      Poor management knowledge and skills from Top level Treat empolyees like animal without any respects Top level only focus on SALES number without any help and expend logic,they want to push the company into stock market for more money eventhough it has huge deficits till now. Deduct employee's payment by all means, never respect the working contract and force you to work overtime without ANY overtime pay.
