      Lots of hands on work, few people in tech team so lot to learn on your own.

      1. Low salary 2. No appreciation of work by non-tech management 3. Long working hours 4. Unstable company

      Pros

      Own the whole development stack and design the system as you want.

      Cons

      Founders are totally dumb and know nothing about technology works. They treat employees as slaves working on salary and think programmers are replaceable like delivery boys. I was once told that if delivery boys and chefs can work 12 hours a day and on weekends, then why can't you.
