Where to begin. First of all, women do not bother. You will not be treated fairly, your competences will not be recognized and someone else will for sure take credit of your work. You need a male colleague to support you to get your voice heard. You can be sure the problems are just brushed under the carpet by HR and leadership. Second of all, the decisions and changes pushed by the higher leadership are not taking the company to the right direction. This company is led through Excels, the work culture is infested by finding someone else to blame, internal competition and so on. The competitiveness is poor, and innovation skills are nonexistent or just smothered by the old-fashioned ways of managing the company and its people. A lot of lost potential for sure.
