You probably don’t want to work here, especially if you’re a woman.

Pros

There’s little to no accountability here so a pro is if you’re into not really doing your job, you can probably get away with not doing much.

Cons

Sexual harassment runs rampant here. As does homophobia and mysoginy. I watched a male staff put his hands on a female staff. HR allowed the male staff to pull her into a meeting where he berated her for marking his reputation. He was allowed to contunie working there. At a staff retreat, during a presentation re sexual harassment the male employees laughed (including the CEO) when the speaker began discussing a previous case of a male employee sexually harassing another male employee. It’s a pretty toxic culture at Father’s a support Center.
