Pros

New team with excellent talent. Good pay. Relaxed atmosphere. Advanced tools. Opportunity to go offsite often.

Cons

Pathetic management. They are completely ruining great pool of talent. Bias. Again that is a fault of the managers. Conservative attitude. The team deliberately avoids big projects.

Pros

- Free lunch and snacks. - $ 3k can be reimbursed every financial cycle for any certification or courses done.

Cons

Where to start... - 4 days WFO mandatory and 1 day WFH and for that you have to inform your manager. If you come to office all the 5 days the entire month, you get only 4 days work from home. Now you must be thinking if you work from office for 4 month straight then you have 1 month of work from home but that is not the case. You can only take 10 days work from home at a stretch and for that you have to take approval from your manager :) You are expected to show up at work by 10:30am dressed in formals. - Calls starts at 6pm and continues till late night. This should be clarified during the interview. It doesn't make sense to keep the shift from 10:30am - 7:30 pm if the calls are going to stretch till 9pm every day. - No transport. They can't solve the basic problem statement of logistics. What an irony. - They call themselves people profit company - which means they invest on their employees. They only have 10 sick/casual leave and 22 PTO. No good medical plan. You have to pay extra if you want to add your parents. - Most of their project are migrating legacy tech stack to new tech stack. You wont even know what you have to do and no one has clear answer to this.

Pros

salary lunch and snacks 3000$ tuition assistance

Cons

heavily relies on outdated technologies, which hinder productivity and career growth. Employees are expected to be in the office daily, and often required to take calls from 6 PM to 9-10 PM, impacting work-life balance. Managers micromanage over fostering a results-oriented environment, which stifles creativity and efficiency. Instead of technical experts, managers often dictate solutions, which may not always be optimal. Employees often struggle with ambiguous roles and responsibilities, making it challenging to prioritize tasks effectively. No proper KT/handoff is provided from US teams and there is no documentation of anything. Four days of mandatory office attendance and only one day of work from home, requiring advance notice to managers, limits flexibility. Lack of company-provided transport adds to commuting challenges for employees. No exposure to cutting-edge technologies. lot of pay disparity for employees in similar roles. There is no motivation and noticeable absence of initiatives or programs aimed at boosting employee engagement. There is no adequate parking facilities for its employees. This shortage creates inconvenience and frustration. While the company offers a competitive salary, the workplace environment and work hours, managerial style, and career development need significant improvement. Prospective employees should carefully consider these factors before joining.
