Great People and Product. Poor Management.

Pros

The people, the product and the brand.

Cons

Huge changes to the business over the last six months have pushed the business into the dark ages and created a profit orientated mission that lacks qualified leadership to achieve. A culture of blame, lies and covering backs amongst senior management. Lack of trust, care and respect given to employees. Archaic views with a lack of care around sustainability and equality. Feels like the world is going one way and Fentimans leadership are going the other.

Pros

Great brand Used to be a great place to work with happy team

Cons

New management needed since the new CEO has been in place. Middle/higher management are horrendous Culture is based on fear. No team work. It’s everyone out for themselves at the moment. No direction. Very reactive company rather than proactive, hence why the business is in a decline No development, training or mentoring for middle management Everybody wants to leave. Like a sinking ship Time to start job hunting!

Great product. Worked in a lovely team.

Cons

Not interested in the well being of their employees. No interest in development or appreciation of the hard work given by people paid next to nothing and working above and beyond their given hours and job description.
