Pros
The hours are good. Owners will accomodate for family emergencies. Lots of friendly regular customers.
Cons
Not enough training. Small things are micro managed while big things are ignored. Customer files need to be on the computer and not on paper when dealing with two offices. With a family owned and operated business there is limited room to grow.
