      Pros

      I enjoy working independently, and colleagues are supportive and always willing to help. Hours are flexible, and you are supplied with all the tools and safety equipment needed for the job.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes with the company’s recent growth, which has brought its own challenges. The role involves working on a wide variety of machines from different manufacturers, which can also be difficult at times. Training could be improved. I was often left to learn on my own while on site and felt that training was a low priority, although there are improvements being made in this area now.
