      Colleagues are great to work with and willing to help

      Completely unprepared for new joiners. There just isn't enough space to sit, you will get an old broken chair. The targets are unreasonable and leads to working overtime almost every week. Don't complain to anyone who is in a senior role, they will make sure to get you fired or force you to resign. It happened to my team.

      The culture among the employees was wonderful. The job itself was good. Received monthly performance bonuses based on the work you did that month.

      Cons

      This company could set more realistic targets for the employees. Many employees suffer because they do not cope with the unrealistic targets.
