      Pros

      The only good thing I can say is you can be good friends with your colleagues.

      Cons

      Bad management Bad processes You won’t get any leave even if your relative passes away instead you are asked to work on weekends. No work life balance. Unrealistic deadlines and targets. The Hr behaves like the company boss, no matter what issue you go to them with, the only thing you will hear is the years of experience the HR has and how she is right and you are wrong.
