Difficult to say, at least it's easy. It's also kind of work which includes lots of physical activity. Other workers.
Cons
Dangerous for healt, easy to get asthma or other medical issue. If you are working at molding machine, you are supposed to breath whole day air which is filled of plastic powder, without any kind of mask. You are not allowed to leave the factory area during your working time. Poor salary. Night shifts. You are threated to work harder by saying that other people do so. etc. etc.
