Pros

The company allows a quarterly gratis where you can choose a bunch of free products. The products are high quality.

Cons

Do you get a kick out of being personally and rigorously bullied by your CEO? Do you prefer your knowledge and expertise to be constantly undermined by authoritative figures with subjective opinions? Would you like to hear inappropriate remarks about your personal appearance in the form of back-handed compliments? Would you enjoy an environment that values brown-nosing over original thoughts and hard work? Want to cry yourself to sleep at night? Go work for First Aid Beauty.

Bad decisions lead to bad management

Pros

I loved this company; I believed in this company. I hustled my butt off; sometimes while family members were dying; once or twice after I was hospitalized. I believed in what the products were doing for others; and the ethos of the company. I believed I had a future

Cons

Along comes management changes; and enter the narcissistic person who verbally tore me down, I wasn't paid for over 7 weeks, and Then; along comes lower paid freelancers, some of whom are actually banned from Ultas for theft. Adios, not looking back unless the worst management I've met to date ever leaves the company. Can't believe a person who cuts former employees down has a job.

Fast Growing Company with High Expectations

Pros

First Aid Beauty is a very rapidly growing Skincare company and as such expects a lot of its employees. While the expectations are high, the opportunities to be involved in many facets of the business are plentiful. The company allows a lot of growth as employees are able to take on unlimited amount of responsibilities assuming they prove they can handle the workload. The company rewards employees who positively add value to the company (both professionally and financially).

Cons

The company management team is demanding and expects high performance out of its employees. This expectation is not unlike any other start up company where employees are expected to wear many hats and deliver strong results. As such this can be a difficult place to work if an employee does not have a strong skill set to bring to the table (especially time management).
