Good starting salary back then, now pennies and very poor management

- Work from home was a pro, now it has gone too, - Working on multiple technologies because they cut down their hiring budget and so they make single person handle multiple unrelated tasks
Cons
- Poor management - No structure - No culture or any kind of vision - No appreciation of hard work - Use of ancient technologies - Unnessesary and random layoffs - Big talk from management - No value for input from juniors - They think pressure = productivity - Unnessesary sprints and pushing employees - No chance to think or innovate - No growth salary wise, and career wise takes ages - Work life balance is in negative, they do not care for personal lives, will make you work on your deathbed, including Sundays!

I worked as a QA Engineer at the company and had a positive experience in terms of learning and skill development. The work environment was technically enriching — I had the opportunity to explore new tools, frameworks, and contribute to real-time projects, which helped enhance my QA and automation knowledge.
Cons
However, salary growth was relatively slow compared to industry standards, which might be a concern for professionals seeking faster financial progression. Another downside was the frequency of layoffs, which creates a sense of job insecurity at times.
