      Cons

      CEO is terrible. Overall management is the worst I have ever experienced. Clients are starting to see the faults in the process. You can flaunt all you want at these conferences but we all see you. Large egos, scared of women with more knowledge than you. Your time is ticking.

      I cannot think of one pro.

      Rude,micromanaging, unprofessional, low pay, and high insurance coverage. Prepare to work at least two weekends each month.

      Able to work from home.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability from anyone in management Forced weekend shifts to meet impossible goals Zero regard for a work/life balance, as you will be 'asked' to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly. (or more) Zero practical training, You'll screen share for a day watching, then let loose to figure it out.
