I have been working here at First Source Team for 10+ years now and absolutely love it, every day is a new adventure. We are all like family. In the job itself, I get to know the candidates and their needs, to become aware of what they really need in a career. Helping with their Branding (which is at no cost) is one of the perks I love about this job, everything is changing as time goes by and so many are just not aware of it. We explain everything in great detail and when the candidate understands, it is just a great feeling of knowing we helped in landing them the job. I enjoy every part of my job. The best part of my job is getting the call from one of my candidates to tell me and express how much they loved working with us and how much help we were in getting them the job they wanted not needed.

The owners strongly believe in trying to put a more personal touch to the process of finding a job and offering assistance in any area the candidate may need advice. There is no cost of any type to our candidates. We take the time to visit with you on the phone to find out what your specific needs and wants are so we can place you in a position that you desire. As an employee it was a pleasure to get to know the candidate on a more personal level by taking the time to have a conversation with them. This helped us get to have an accurate account of what the candidate is looking for in placement instead of just utilizing a resume' and assuming we know what a candidate is searching for. Just one of the ways we try to personalize how we assist our candidates.
