The CEO likes to threaten people saying that he has the best law attorneys that money can buy. They make rules up as they go so there's no use of an employee handbook as they do not adhere by it.

This company hides under the cover of being great but it is not great at all. Very start up kind of vibes but they don’t tell you that until after you start. The reviews are spot on. Gaslighted from day one with expectations but no direction whatsoever. No onboarding, training, support or guidance and no exit interview. Pto accrued slowly and not able to work from home even in an emergency even when the job can be done from anywhere.
