      Short shift and reporting manger is supportive.

      Nothing is organized Management is pathetic HR works as management says No proper exit formalities Internal politics Ego is more then a work Not good work culture

      When they had shifts they loved to communicate

      Cons

      When they dont they dint reply to your calls, manager never seems to be in office, egg you on regarding upcoming shifts then just take you off their payroll a couple months later when they realise they dont have them.
