Pros

1. First of all, you get a chance to work on your area of interest. They ask you before they assign you a stream. I wanted UI and I got it, based on my preference and the needs of the company. 2. As a fresher, we get a enough time and plenty of opportunities to explore and gain expertise on new technologies. 3. Work culture is good. Every one, from engineers to HR to management, is very accessible. 4. Time Flexibility.

Pros

- Work from home option is available - Not too much work stress in few projects - Good for people less than 4 to 5 years of experience - Can learn different technologies when you are a fresher or have less than 5 years of experience

Cons

- No manager takes care of employee concerns - Most of the reviews written here are upon the manager's request - No one solves your issues - No proper hikes, not matching the industry - No promotions at all until we beg and most of the times not even after begging - No promotions to senior employees - No proper organization structure or hierarchy - As usual, the manager's puppets will get better hikes and even promotions - Some mangers are useless and worthless - Most of them are working here just for the sake of having a job and income - Even if you raise concerns, no body cares
